You can send me your footage using Royal Mail Signed For Service, or you can arrange to see me in person.

When do I pay you...

I will only ask for payments to be made upon completion on small amounts of work, on large amounts I require a 50% deposit.

My tapes are 25 years old will they be ok...

I have seen old footage deteriorate on VHS and camcorder tapes when they have been left for years and years, with such things like temperature changes affecting the quality of the image, tapes lose their magnetic signal over time causing picture/audio problems, also ageing tapes can break during playback/rewinding. In my experience tapes that have always been put back in cardboard sleeves or plastic cases and rewound produce a better quality transfer.

Will you copy my VHS ‘Star Wars’ for me or my music cassette collection...

Sorry the answer is no, you must own all the rights to your footage and audio.

How long will it take for you to transfer my work...

I will always aim to get a basic transfer done within 24-48 hours otherwise during busy periods it can take up to a few weeks.
